Nvidia Claims Record-High Share of S&P 500, Surpassing Apple’s 2023 Peak

Nvidia now holds the largest weighting in the S&P 500 since records began in 1981, according to Apollo Global Management.

Its share of the index is nearing 8%, exceeding the more than 7% level that secured Apple (AAPL) the top position in 2023.
